Marriage Intention $40.00                                                                   

Certified copies first copy $15.00 & $6.00 each additional copies if requested the same day. 

What you need with you when you come in:

1) Both parties MUST be present. At least one person must be from Prospect, UNLESS both are from out of State.

2) Know father's & mother's full names (maiden name as well) & state or country born, for both.

3) Name of person preforming the marriage, their title and their address & phone number. Example notary, pastor etc.

4) Divorce decrees from their last marriage OR death certificate of last spouse.

5) What day and location of marriage.
